Take a day or a few hours to visit one of the endless attractions within minutes from Burlington's center...
The Chocolate Museum
Chocolate Experience. It doesn't get any better than this! Recently the Chocolate Experience Museum received several new additions and we are excited to share them with you. Check out the animated Farfel the dog that sits on top of a doghouse stuffed with Nestle candy bars. Stop by at 113 East Chestnut Street, Suite B in historic downtown Burlington. Even if you are too young to remember those cute commercials with Farfel, you'll love seeing him in person. Our sweet themed benches were the result of talented Jennifer J. Miller/Riverview Studio (262.492.3697) in Burlington. Jennifer said, "Creating the fun Morsel the Moose game benches for the Chocolate Experience Museum was a lot of fun. I enjoy painting, especially when it's a great project like this one. I have a great job. I get to paint all kinds of things from full wall murals, floor cloths, canvas paintings, window art, and now benches. I hope everyone who visits the museum has an awesome chocolate experience! Remember the person who wins the game (checkers or tic tac toe) gets the chocolate." You can see other projects Jennifer has created at www.riverviewstudio.com.
Other new chocolate related items are now on display courtesy of the family of Virginia (Ginny) Vos who was employed at Nestle USA for many years. If you haven't taken the time to visit us lately, stop in soon. Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
