Tom Hawkins, General Manager and Owner of the Blue Devils has dedicated many years to the sport of football. As a player, coach, and mentor, Tom has spent many years coaching youth and high school football. What touched Tom the most into further pursuing his love of the game and take on the challenge of owning and managing the Burlington Blue Devils Semi-Professional Team?

Tom's past career in coaching/mentoring football and the heart-wrenching reality od seeing his past high school students years later after school was over and whom did not have the opportunity to go to college and continue to pursue football either due to financial or academic reasons.

What other alternatives do these men have to keep themselves in-shape, active, out of trouble, and give themselves something to look forward to? Doing what they love, playing the game of football. That is where the discovery of the Ironman Football League (IFL) came into the picture
