The Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC) is a private, non-profit organization created in 1983 to build and maintain a strong economic base in Racine County. Our mission is to ensure the economic vitality of Racine County by working with our partners to support innovation and creativity that leads to business investment.
RCEDC has dedicated staff to support businesses with expansion projects in Racine County and assist companies moving into the County, providing one point of contact – from buildings, land, and financing to technical, innovation and design services.
RCEDC is the area’s source for low-interest, second mortgage business financing, offering a variety of loan programs including the U.S. Small Business Administration 504 program. The RCEDC programs partner with a company’s financial institution to create a more affordable financing package to assist establishing or growing a company in the community. In addition, the RCEDC partners with other State and local programs to bring your project to fruition.
