Do you know how to handle potential violence in your Workplace?? Or what you would do if you were faced with an active shooter? Then this is one seminar that you won’t want to miss.

FREE TO YOU & YOUR EMPLOYEES

The last thing any company wants is for their workplace to turn violent. While there are steps to take to prevent these incidents from occurring, people may still become upset and hostile.

If a customer gets angry and has an outburst, there are tips you can use to try and stop the incident from getting worse.

Brian Zmudzinski, Lieutenant of Police for the City of Burlington Police Department will be speaking to us about awareness and what to do if you should be faced with these situations. He will have tips on warning signs, how to defuse the situation along with your safest course of action.
