The current sponsor structure has enabled us to generate the revenue necessary to make our events financially self-supporting, ensuring the stability needed to guarantee future success and longevity. Auction & Annual Dinner Meeting - Held with our annual dinner meeting in January. All items are donated and sponsors recognized in news releases, newsletter, at the dinner. Values range from $25 to $4000.
Corporate Partnership - Annual contribution over and above membership dues. Corporate Partnership levels are Chairman $3,500 investment, Executive $2,500 investment, Leader $1,000 investment. Corporate Partners are recognized in our monthly newsletter, news releases, at the annual dinner, and special events. In appreciation for the additional sponsorship investment, your chamber offers complimentary publicity, tickets and opportunities for Chamber programs and events as outlined in our Corporate Partnership Benefits listing.
Home & Garden Show and Chocolate Extravaganza – Held each spring these two events compliment each other and offer multiple opportunities. From raffle prize donations to sponsorship opportunities ranging from $100 to $1000. Sponsors recognized through event publicity, signage, and special newspaper section and banners the day of the event.
Golf Outing - Event sponsor $1500; Hole in One Sponsor $300; Event Hole Sponsors $150; Other Hole Sponsors $100; 19th Hole $500; Cart Sponsor $500. Publicity and recognition includes signage at event; recognition in newsletter, news releases, etc.
Christmas Parade - Units requiring sponsorship i.e. caroling groups, bands, live reindeer, Santa unit, etc. range from $100 to $2000. Publicity and recognition in newsletter, news releases, advertising, banner, etc.
Business After Hours - Networking event held (minimum) quarterly - Business Sponsor is responsible for cost of printing invitations, postage costs, door prizes, and food. Generally held at a bar or restaurant with a cash bar. Sponsor recognized in invitations, newsletter, news releases. Approximate cost $1000.
Welcome Luncheon - Annually held in August - hosts new business people and professionals (about 90). Sponsors recognized in news releases, newsletters, invited to attend event. Table sponsors $100.
