[TAPAS]stry of Taste is the theme of the 2nd Annual “Taste of Burlington” dinner to be held Friday, February 24th, starting at 5:30pm. Hosted by and for the
benefit of the Burlington Area Chamber of Commerce, this evening of fine dining, wine and entertainment is designed for food lovers.The Veterans Terrace will provide the backdrop for the evening, as the area’s top Executive Chefs collaborate to present an unforgettable dining experience. Talents include Chefs Mike Lavin (Gooseberriess), Eric Wiessner (Rugan’s), Karl Ernst (BJ
Wentkers), Brian Taborski (Grand Geneva), Michelle Landess (Waterfront), and Cheese Monger Mark Jezo-Sywulka (Gooseberries).
This year’s event takes guests on a culinary journey through Spain, with a 5-course dinner featuring tapas-style courses, each eloquently paired with wine from the region.
True to the theme of the night, Spanish music will fill the air, as D’Arez performs live throughout the evening. The event is expected to sell out, as it did in 2016. RSVP IS REQUIRED!!!
